Yesssaaaaa! Finally after all this time, lightest of the year!

I've been adding physical exercise 20 to 30 mins a day. Usually running a mile or 2. It is
definitely a key for me. I tried to do it with simply diet and stress level, but that little bit of exercise is making the difference.

Success! Yes!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
