Man! The last few pounds to reveal the often mythic stomach muscles are quite tough to shed. But i'm getting there.
I haven't been recording calories in or out for a while now as I felt I had a handle on things but I still monitor my weight of course which is still on course.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
