I went to bed hungry and woke up with less energy. It wore me out. I worked out hard but now... I am BEAT! I'm going to need to make sure I eat some thing at dinner, hungry or not. I didn't lose any weight this morning, either. I wonder if there is a correlation? For me that seems to be it.
