Took a walk, Festival eggs for breakfast, and arrived at church for lay reader training - we all had to read a short passage from Corinthians...good training...Dan gave a great sermon, how we are answerable to Jesus/God and not anybody else.
Salad with chicken for lunch, talked to Linda and Trey, left msgs for Karla. Got a little gardening done, tilapia for dinner and the last of Anne's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
