I haven't been following My Fitness Pal as closely as I should, but I have already lost 8 pounds! Imagine what I would have lost had I followed it to a T. I have been going to the gym with my friend Haylee from work. We do whatever feels good for the day. Yoga, cardio, strength training. She wants a four pack by summer. I just want to lose my gut. I think she can do it, but we're going to have to step it up. She doesn't need to lose weight, in fact, I think she looks great, but she's just wanting to tone up and get back into shape. Change doesn't just happen. You have to make the decision to do something about the issues you are having. I am making the decision right now to drink more water, eat better foods, and keep going to the gym with Haylee.
