so i havent really been doing my diet latley as iv been quiting smoking so it was one or the other but im going to go back full swing on monday the 7th fingers crossed i for reall bout lossing weight THIS TIME i no my diet works i just have to be strong i dont need the PIES AND CANDY BARS and ommlet or sald wrap is just and tasty and heaps better thats all for now :P
