Stopped my cleanse today. Started on regular food. Didn't gain too much for being the first day off the cleanse. Would like to lose more than 1 pound a week, I have a new swim suit I'd like to fit into by vacation time in 3 weeks. I guess it's my own fault for letting things go until the last 3 weeks.
