worked out, had coffee w Linda at McDonalds, went to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. Did a little yard work, adding soil to the brick bed at the side, then got too hot to continue. Ate leftover shrimp salad, then visited Ken, and learned that Jane Roszel is in ICU after Renal failure. LLCC meeting, lots of plans for ribbon cutting at Creekside Trail, now Cheshire Farm trail, across from where Cheshire lived...Civil War or Revolutionary war soldier.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
