Yay back to the 130's! It's amazing how at this weight I can actually FEEL when I lose even a pound. I realize that it's a lot harder to lose weight once I get closer to my goal (especially since this is my second time doing this...) so even the tiniest amount I lose, I can definitely feel it.

I signed up for the Y last week and today starts the first of my group exercise programs. Yoga on Mondays, Body Pump on Wednesdays, and Spinning on Thursdays! Can't wait to get started!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
