It must be true that if you build up your body's metabolism it will continue to burn at a higher rate even after you take a break. I lost 2 lbs just sticking to my walking regiment. More people should try that if you are going through fatigue or just are unable to do intense workouts. 5 miles a day or 12K steps! Sure you won't burn off 10lbs unless you starve yourself but let's all remember that the turtle wins the race and it's about KEEPING the weight off that matters. Happy Weekend All :)
