Just around the block. But more than any thing else I've done lately. Was on the home stretch before the back started going. Starting to really hurt now. But I did go barefoot. I really feel that helps with your alignment. Went a lot farther this way than I do with shoes before I start hurting. As long as I go before the street gets hot
