After months of talking about it I am finally going to start the Atkins tomorrow. Have everything set and ready to go. Have my greens and vegetables measured out and individually packaged so I have no excuse there. I have the menu ready. Recipes ready. Really ready this time as I tried to get my best shorts on. Couldn't get them zipped up. I knew they were getting tight but really....
