No formal breakfast today, and nibbled for lunch. We went shopping at Mast General store, and I found a few things. It rained some, and there wasn't much exercise today. I fixed shrimp for dinner along w Brussels sprouts.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
