I haven't been felling very well the past few days, but I'm feeling a lot better now. I plan to continue with my eating and workout regimens. I've found a lot of motivation in watching MTV's "I Use to be Fat" shows. I love them. It's a great show if you can catch it on tv, I DVR all of the episodes but I'm certain they're being posted on YouTube. Check them out if your in need of motivation.

I have never watched the "fat" shows like Biggest Loser, etc... I don't know why. I think that maybe I was too ashamed of my lack of motivation and watching them would reinforce my self-shame. Oh, what an ostrich I can be! LOL Didn't know you were feeling bad. Glad to hear it's pretty much over! Keep strong, buddy!

Thanks Jennie-O, I laughed when I read your post... your too funny. They help me a lot when the person is successful. I generally don't watch TV at all except for HGTV and the fat shows. I feel a lot better, but my throat is still a little irritated.
