Well I could have had more fruit to my diet today, and maybe more veggies. I went shopping today and I am excited to eat some hummus I found at Fresh Market. I think I just had to have some gelato. It's been too long since I had some! I tried roasting some carrots, and I did not like the way they came out. I think I'll just stick with steamed and drizzled with honey and pepper. Chicken was good. Shared with my daughter so I wouldn't get so much. She loves my chicken. Now what should I make for dinner tomorrow? I'm thinking tacos, but I might need to ask the 4 year old first. :)
