between the new job and my back pain and the new routine and the kids and the husband who is always working, today i managed to get out there and walk. the day was beautiful though cold, but once i got moving it was awesome. i loved it. i'm super tired from not sleeping well since my back pain is just not letting down. i'm going to bed early today. tomorrow will be a long day of running around and driving lots... dr appt and deposition. that should be fun. i hope to get my walk in the morning before the chaos begins. night all!
