Fell asleep on the couch as soon as I got home yesterday. Energy is low, but 2lbs in one day is all the reinforcement that I need. Will run today regardless of energy level.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
