I have been getting on my treadmill. Jogging and walking no less then 30 min. a day. Also finding other ways I can move my body so I can burn more calories. I have also tried to cut back on my food intake and stop eating so late at night. I have been drinking more water also. I got to keep it up. I have lost so far a total of three pounds. My goal is 160. I just wanna see 229 right now. lol. Im at 234. from 237. I see some changes. I got to keep it up and be consistent. I also got to love myself where I am and for who I am. And not allow myself to be discouraged.

Exactly! Don't get discouraged. Just take it one day at a time. It has to be a lifestyle change.
