Yesterday was wonderful in every way except for my diet... Celebrated my baby son's 19th birthday with his dinner request of his favorite foods of all time - belgian waffles and cake! Of course, Hubby and I bought two new belgian waffle makers and side by side made plain, chocolate chip and blueberry waffles... Toppings included chocolate syrup, blueberries (cooked with sugar), vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Hmmmmm. So okay, I made the decision to join in the feast and I refuse to beat myself up over it. Now, recording the massive carb laden mess might be difficult, but I shall try. And thank God, today IS another day, and I am back on track! A great celebration and a wonderful day for the entire family. I am a blessed woman.
