In honor of Deep needing assistance for throne usage this weekend following Friday's squat annihilation, I decided I would join in the fun and decided to obliterate my legs today. It was a fun squat day following the 11,800 calorie reload!

Sorry, just saw this....Speechless...., playing with the whirlpool of pain again, your shorts are going to catch fire at this rate of workload. On top of your mental game Mister. Well done, I would have liked to have seen this BBQ.
