Just done my weight training
SUPERSETS
10 Reps - Leg extension (30kg)
8 Reps - Bicep curls (EZ bar 8kg)
REPEAT 4X

SUPERSETS
10 Reps - Hamstring curls (15kg)
10 Reps - Overhead tricep extension (10kg)
REPEA 4X

35 Min walk in tredmil

I wish i had the will power to exercise like that, i keep going to gym then i stop after a month and start the following month all over again (sad sad) lol

Don't beat yourself up too much. I have been struggling for five years to get back into my routine. I always worked out and loved road running. But after my boy was born I was so overwhelmed by everything. Working fulltime, looking after baby and tsking care of my own house work. I was lucky in the beginning. Straight after birth I lost 11 kg. But slowly and surely the weught creeped up double the amount. I just could not get myself to do anything. People started making remarks on how fat I hot or just " wow you put on so weight". I hated myself and felt so ugly, I just wanted to lock myself in my room. I attempted this "getting back into shape thingh" so many times.this ywar I made up my mind I WILL AND CAN do it. So here I am....so far so good. You can fo it. Take little baby steps at a time. Start by walking just 5 min a day and add one minute evey week. Before uou know it you'll be on your way. Good luck. Be strong. You can do it
