3rd day today on Tosca Reno Eat Clean program and so far very good. Love the fresh food and it's quite easy to follow. Just have to concentrate on portion sizes.

Gym is suffering because of iron deficiency but hopefully the medication will kick in soon. So tired of feeling tired. Just got yhe thyroid sorted now its iron.. Feel like can fall asleep in the middle of the day. 2 Steps froward 1 step back.

I'm still very motivated but man, its hard to keep it up when all you have energy for is sitting down. I realy, realy want to get down to 60kg by end of March. 6kg in 6 weeks. I know I can do it and it will be so rewarding to get the weight off before winter sets in. I know I can do it. just need my body to work with me!
