Now home in G - scales here weighted me much lighter than ones in M so have decided to record the same weight as last week and will hopefully have a nice supprise when i get back to M at the end of the month :)
143.7 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
