I was doing well today. Ended the day with 127 net carbs. With my goal of 100 I felt pretty good about it. Then I gave into a craving for ice cream. but tomorrow is another day. The good thing is...I'm trying. Every day I'm more aware of how I'm eating. If I can get this down, I'm on the road to healthier habits.
