arrived in Highlands yesterday about 5...got the van turned around headed out. Walked down 1 mile to grocery store where we bought salmon, butter, and asparagus. Today we had festival eggs, then walked to town for shopping, coffee, and lunch at the Ugly Dog Pub - Come, Sit, Stay. Had rest of salmon for dinner.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
