While this is a gain, it is more of a loss...I had gotten up to 146 three weeks ago. I had been away grom home three + weeks out of four, my schedule was busy and I got too disorganized to shop for and plan my meals. A lot of eating on the go and snacking on junk food put me eay off track - avoiding the scale didn't help matters either. I am now down 9 pounds in three weeks, eating better & taking my vitamins. I am getting back into my exercise routines as well. 125 and fit is right around the corner!
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
