Well this week I did not see the results I expected even though I worked hard on this, but I'm being gentle with it because I'm taking tons of fiber and doing a cleansing which I'm aware may cause some bloating. My scale has been going up and down the same numbers since I started this cleansing. I'm hoping that when I'm done with this cleansing things go back to normal, including the scale.
