Thank you Mer. ❤ The lamp needs to be rewired or have a battery candle type light attached. I had used a regular bulb and it got really hot really fast, so not using that method, as I don't really want to burn down my house. My meal was leftover breakfast, which was ground beef patty and a tiny piece of quesadilla. On the side was cottage cheese and blackberries and a salad like yesterday. 😊

Snowwhite, we had to go into town and on the way back we stopped by the Dragonfly Trail. We only hiked a few miles, because we had groceries in the car, but the trail leads to some rocks that have different dragonfly petroglyphs. Next time we make the complete hike I'll share photos of them. Hope you had a good day. 💕

Kat, it's alot nicer up in the rocks. When I was Becc@ on here, I posted photos, but of course they're gone. Hopefully we'll be doing more hiking and I will be sharing more photos. 😋

Lonnie, last time we hiked up to petroglyphs, there was a Native American guide giving a tour to a couple, explaining all about the ancient people of the area. He takes them on horseback exploring all around the area. We just decided to get some exercise on our way home from grocery shopping. 😁

Thank you Jen. ❤ I sure wish you could come out of a visit. You would love it and we could go looking for retro dinnerware at the thrift stores. 😃

Aww, thank you Gib. I'm posted a photo of some of my blue dishes in another post. I bought some additional blue glass (Anchor Hocking) dishes before we left for California. I'll take some photos for you and post them over the weekend. ❤

Oh, wow!! I'd love to have been there to hear all about the petroglyphs and the people that made them, Becky! I wish there had been a speaker when I was at the Parowan Gap Petroglyphs in Utah a month ago. I would probably have been writing stuff down so I could add the details to my posts.

Lonnie, I totally get it. I was trying to inch my way closer to hear what he was saying to his paying customers, without being too obvious. I did ask him for his card after he was finished speaking. I do plan on booking a trip with him for our family when they come out on one of their visits. It's a bit pricey, but I think it would be an amazing experience.
