I have been losing the last 5 pound over and over again, I initially lost 10 lbs and have been working on keeping that off and still end up fighting with 5 pounds to keep it at 10.... so I am not losing any further weight. I am getting very frustrated and I am tired of thinking about food all day long! This time of year, my days are way too long, I am up at 3, walk from 330 to 430 (3 miles on the treadmill), shower get ready for work, and eat breakfast between 530 and 630 (depending on when I get my morning routine done,,,, I either eat breakfast at home or when I get to work,). my hours are 6 to 6 weedays and 7-12 every other saturday. I need one to two snacks between breakfast and lunch and then another two between lunch and when I get home. Then I have something for supper. I just can't seem to lose any more weight. My goal was to be in my 14's by the end of this month... I just don't see it happening. Vent Over!
