I feel like giving up and just stay fat! I eat because of stress and I can't get away from the stress. Is there any help - anywhere - is there any help.

Go to amazon.com and check out reviews for a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not a diet, but a book that helps you change the way you think about food and your behaviors. It's helped a lot of people. Eating from stress is a habit and habits can be changed and new ones learned. You can also check your local library to see if they have it. Stop the pity party party (I'm giving you tough love here) and start being proactive about your health. Take baby steps in the right direction. Start making small changes you can live with. Find ways to excite yourself about losing and starting a new life. Read fitness magazines. Make an inspiration board (on Pinterest.com or get some cork board from walmart). You can put quotes, recipes, pics etc. on it). Try some new recipes. Some great sites: Emilybites.com, Skinnytaste.com, Cookinglight.com, Laaloosh.com Get a new workout outfit! Try some new exercise. You can get workout dvds to do at home (library, amazon, collagevideo.com) or google to find local classes. Once you take steps to take control, you will start to feel better and stronger. Now get to it!!!
