Do you ever just feel like you are getting it about lifestyle change? I have so many medical problems that I have no control over but I can take control of my food choices and my activity choices. Today just feels like I've turned a corner on this from it being a struggle to being a choice.
246.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
