Ahh the start of a new month and the end of another. I had good results for April, mind you i totally went off track and stuffed myself like a turkey, but hey i still lost inches and like a 1/4 of a lb. I'm content well somewhat, I'm happy that i'm progressively going downhill with my weight and size, but am not content that my expensive bra's don't fit anymore. I'm at the point where i've been wearing two bras to support my twins. I went from a DDD44 to now a D38. I forked out close to 80 bucks for excellent support and a sky high moulded bra(sigh). *Success also brings great sadness* oh lord. I've passed on most of my big clothes to family, and can fit my calves into the Original Tall Hunter Boots! (YAY!!!!!!!!!) I've upped my gym time from 3 hours to 5 Horus a week.(Now that school is out for summer break) My gym days are Tuesdays(17:45-19:45), Fridays(9:30-11:30) and Sundays(11:30-12:30) I religiously take Body Combat, Body Pump and Body Step at Goodlife Fitness, and i must say i truly am living the good life. =). I'm also thinking of taking up RPM or outdoor bike trails, but with this crappy Canadian weather i honestly think i'll just stick to indoor cycling until June or July comes around. It's been raining all week with more to come next week. (Yes it is spring, i know) Sigh. Sunshine please reveal yourself, i've had a harsh winter and i really need some good loving from your beautiful rays.
