tryna push thru and lose 5-7 lbs before next doc visit on 6/16..I know that's a ways away..but I tend to lose very slowly.. any tips
268.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week

The only tip I have is monitor what you eat for portion size. assess the quality and nutritional value of what you are eating and stay active. Just keep going.

It's brutal but you can lose about 2 lbs a day by fasting. By fasting I mean no food or caloric drinks. 3 days of consuming only coffee and water takes of 6 lbs in my experience. Make sure you don't have any physical problems first (like diabetes).

Staying away from high carb foods, cutting gluten (wheat, bread, pastry products), sugar (including honey, agave, etc) has worked really well for me. Maybe try changing one thing? Keep it simple? We are all here for you.
