UGH what a horrible crazy day at work today... is there a full moon... anyway, I came home after work, and made my self get to the gym for my circuit training... and did 25 min of cardio on the treadmill too... My day started out with having my blood work done... and my cholesterol is still high, by trig. are over 300 and my glucose is now at 113... It makes me sooo mad!! As I'm aging it seems to go higher... I take 10mg of a statin... and will now try taking two high dose fish oil pills a day instead of one... I barely eat junk food...eat whole wheat foods, no high fructose corn syrup foods...(I try hard at least not too) I do not use sugar I use pure stevia, and I drink mostly water or green tea or ginger tea.. So yes, it makes me mad that I still have high numbers... I do need to lose about 20lbs and I am going to do it, and hopefully these numbers will be down. That is why I force myself to the gym, even on nights or day's I really don't want to...
