I'm doing down! Three days of moderately sized meals and semi-nutritious foods, and it is already showing in the scale. I have to keep it up!! Weekend, you will not tempt me to binge eat! Not this weekend.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.5 lb a week
