My weight is going down one day at a time. I have to make each meal count and not eat snacks all throughout the day, specially at night. I can do it!!!
167.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.1 lb a week
