I,ve cut out all sugar from my diet (except fruits) and ive lost 4 pounds but my stomach feels like its growing. does anyone have an idea why this is happening

Measure your waistline and see if your stomach actually is growing. (Maybe your pants have shrunk :) ) Measure every day for a week or two and see how it fluctuates with the food you eat. I'm guessing you're occasionally retaining fluids from too much salt or carbs. For now, rely on the numbers you've recorded: you've steadily lost 4 pounds!

Are you eating a lot more fruits and veggies? If so, your body could just be getting used to the changes of a different diet. When I started cutting out junk and eating more fruits and veggies I felt bloated at first, but after about a week or two the bloated feeling went away and I felt much better. Also, like Zeb said it could be salt or higher carb foods as well.
