I moved to the suburbs and blew up like a balloon. 30 lbs in 5 years. I don't walk anywhere. I drive 35 miles each way to work, get home make dinner and lay on the couch and watch tv. I am getting married in June and I want to look good in my dress. I also want to get back to a decent weight because I don't feel good anymore. I feel heavy and tired all the time. I'm almost 6ft tall so I don't look as big as I feel. I started exercising on Monday and am excited to actually stick with this this time around. I look to you all for support!!!
