Last week was a tough one between moving clean packing my husband loosing his job moving to a new place across country with kids and having migraines everyday no energy and having to push to get things done I have been so out of it im trying to catch up to some kind of normalcy. well ill have to get have this week to get back on track does any one have advice?
208.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
