Well, well over ate tonight, we had a free steak dinner at work... who can resist that... not this poor kid! So i had 1000 more calories than a should have and my protein/fat/carbs percentage was off... ugh. BUT.. I lost a lb. My workout wasnt extremely strenous, I walked on the treadmill average 3.2 with random hills for 32 minutes (I forgot to look how far I went but it was over a mile and a half) then I did the elliptical for 8 minutes, then did alternating crunches on the exercise ball and tricep dips for about 15 minutes... and I lost another lb. As long as I go back to my healthy eating tomorrow I should be ok! I want so bad to get past my 130 nemisis and stay there!~
