It sucks, I've gained and not sure why.
283.2 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Gains happen to all of us! It could be: too much sodium yesterday, medication, lack of sleep, exercise, stress, etc. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so the scale can go up and down all day long. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuation.
