Been busy dealing with my mother havent lost any in about 3 weeks. I'm bloated from movie theater popcorn from yesterday with the grandkids. Ate something's I shouldn't when I had to go to Virginia with my mom. I was stress eating. 🙄
171.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
