Ouch....slight increase...but went a little over on calories and wine....yum
I was going to start the 3-day diet again. I found a version that allows you to have coffee or tea each day with the first two meals of the day and the last dinner is much more appetizing... BUT...I have decided to continue with the calorie counting and see how it goes. I can always start the Yuck diet next Monday....
