Well another slight loss of ounces. I always weigh in the morning...every morning and have for years. Wednesday was the last day of the 3-day diet so yesterday it was back to normal eating. Well, hopefully not normal. I am going to try the "calorie counting" technique for awhile. I am not a junk food eater....I am hoping this will help me to downsize portions and that will translate into further weight loss. It also helps that the weather is getting nicer. I don't mind walking...but I can't handle the cold and this winter has been extremely cold.
