I need to stay away from the scale....Why on Saturday, I weighed in at now I am at 218. What went wrong.....back to 224 within a few days. Maybe it was a few cocktails on the weekend! Anyway back on track I think. And why did my knee started hurting and swelled up at Zumba...I am still going back tomorrow and do what I can. I feel like I have failed. This eating right can be a pain.... FS Buddies have a skinny day!
