Two questions. 1) What would you tell a good friend that confided in you that she feels as you do now? 2) Do you not deserve to be treated as well as you would treat a good friend?

Awww...I have been there in my lifetime. You have done so incredibly well, and you might be experiencing postpartum depression so just be aware that the thoughts may be part of hormonal adjustments

Look at that beautiful baby girl and ask yourself if you want her to have those same thoughts. As I struggled with my negative self thoughts a dear friend asked me to have that inside conversation with how I am treating myself and replace it with how I loved my baby girl and what I say and feel towards her, this helped me to CHANGE my thinking about ME. We can choose to have self love towards ourselves and it will reflect outward towards her and all you love and hold dear! Especially YOU. She will feel this in how you look at yourself in you eyes and how you hold her. Break this chain of thoughts and give yourself a hug and lovelingly talk your way to the light of self love and acceptance.
