A friend of mine had this site up on her facebook, so here I am. I'm not sure how good I will be at updating, however, I am changing my lifestyle to be healthier. I have been on weight watchers for about 6 months now. My partner and I are going it together. I am lucky that I have a great support system, that keeps me in check. I need that from time to time. Nevertheless, when I started this weight loss process I was at 386. I am very close to haveing lost 50 pounds and it is so encouraging to me. I had to go out and get some new jeans and I was two sizes smaller. Just a few more inches off my waist and I will beable to shop in a none "fat kid" store. I am decaded to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I will try and update my fat journal weekly. We usually weigh in on Saturday's so I will see. That is all for now...
