I'm sitting at work and I have been crazzzy busy all day! About time to wind down the business day. I wish I didn't work these crazzzy hours. Last night was a crazzy night to go to the gym. 2 inches of ice coated everything and then it warmed up and rained. Thank god our tax dollars are put to good use and the salt and plows were out in full force! I made it and spent 55 minutes on the bike and did some free weights to stretch out my arms. I was a little sore from the 28 mile ride from the night before. I am having a hard time keeping my heart rate at the recommended rate between 137 and 147 while on the bikes. I am not sure why... I have also been tired lately. I have been getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep per night but I just feel sluggish. Tonight I had a "5 Hour Energy Shot". I don't like taking stuff for energy but I wanted to see if it would work. Nothing yet. Anyone have any ideas as to why I am feeling sluggish... Usually I am just "hopping and ready to move" all the time. Happy and energetic but the last couple of days have been sluggish... Well, time to close out for now. I have work to do!

I am sorry you are feeling sluggish. Maybe it is just the weather, this weather really makes me want to just sleep and sleep!
