After a good workout yesterday (2 mi in 19:38 and 30 min swim) I was fine. But today I woke up with a sore leg so I decided not to exercise. Better to heal than hurt. Eating out this week is hard to count calorie wise but I am putting in as much as I can and editing entries to only have the ingredients I am eating. I'm drinking water at restaurants now to save calories.
