Merry Terry's Journal, 19 April 2021

Finally got back to my app and started journaling. I am planning to move and have been preoccupied. But I lost 1 pound and it’s a miracle so I must have gotten in the habit of better eating when I was journaling every day.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
